Cancellation Policy:

A minimum number of attendees are required before holding the training session.  In the event of Thomson Reuters having to re-schedule a program, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible and alternative dates provided.  Thomson Reuters bears no responsibility for costs incurred due to the cancellation of a program. Thomson Reuters advises that if you wish to cancel or transfer your booking(s), we must receive notification of 7 business days before the scheduled program date.  If less than 7 business days notice are provided or an attendee fails to attend the program, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course fee will be charged.  Suitably qualified replacements are welcome, without detriment.
